Constructed from virgin PVC vinyl, a high-quality material that provides exceptional strength and durability. The corners are fusion welded as opposed to mechanically fastened which use screws. Fusion welded frames and sashes will never come apart, increasing lifespan and efficiency, whereas mechanically fastened corners are prone to movement and separation over time.
High-performance insulated glass units with Intercept spacers improve energy efficiency and reduce condensation between the panes. Standard clear glass provides excellent clarity and durability, while optional upgrades such as Low-E coatings or privacy glass are available to further enhance thermal performance and help manage heat gain.
Roll-formed aluminum frame screens are available as an option. Standard mesh netting keeps out mosquitos while metal netting provides enhanced security.
Manufacturing:
The manufacturing process typically takes 4-8 weeks with most orders being completed in 5 weeks. In some cases we can expedite and have orders ready within 2-3 weeks(usually for an additional fee). Some sizes are in stock and ready to ship immediately.
Shipping:
Windows are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. Shipping duration varies based on your location but its typically 2-5 days once they leave our facility. Larger windows need to go via van and may take longer.
Pick Up:
If you are within our local pick up zone, you are more than welcome to pick up your Windows at our Warehouse in Woodland Park, NJ. Windows are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours of completion. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Measuring
Measuring hopper windows is the same process as measuring any other style of window. The measurements you submit to us will be the exact size of the window, not the rough opening. In other words a window 15x25 will measure 15" from outside edge of the frame to outside edge of the frame. Here is a guide with further details that may assist you.

Installation
There are several methods of installation that can be utilized. Since most basements are masonry, the most common technique is to build a frame of wood and attach that to the masonry. Then the window can be installed within the window frame. You can also attach these windows directly into the masonry. This method will allow for more viewable glass but the installation may be more difficult. The following guide has more details on installation.

Double Pane Glass
7/8" thick insulated glass units, thicker than many other windows on the market.
The panes are separated by a a warm edge intercept spacer that minimizes heat transfer at the edges of the glass, reducing condensation and enhancing the overall thermal performance of the window.
Clear glass is standard with optional upgrades including low-e with argon gas fill which enhances energy efficiency, privacy glass and tempered glass.
