We specialize in Custom Made products. All our window are made for each order. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds once an order goes into production.
Orders that are cancelled prior to production will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers expenses paid to the credit card processing company along with costs incurred by us administering your order.

Once an order goes into production it cannot be cancelled. Our windows are custom made for each order.
Orders that are cancelled prior to production will receive a full refund minus a 5%-10% processing fee. This fee covers expenses paid to the credit card processing company along with costs incurred by us administering your order. The final fee is at the sole discretion of CustomBasementWindows.com and based on a variety of factors. However, it will never exceed 10%.
Your order cannot be cancelled once it goes into production. Orders generally go into production within 48 hours of ordering. However if you would prefer not to continue with the order you will receive a full refund on shipping. No refund will be provided on the product.
Contact us within 24 Hours of placing an order and we will be able to make adjustments to the size. Once the order goes into production it may be possible to change the size but we can't guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged we will work with you to resolve. We will ask you to send us photos of the packaging and determine the best solution including replacing parts or the entire window if necessary.
No, we do not allow returns since these are custom made products. By placing an order you agreeing to our no returns policy.
