2. Place Your Order

Once an order is placed you will receive an automatic notification of the order. Our team will then review the details and follow up to confirm before releasing for production.

3. Production Process

After we confirmed your measurements are correct the manufacturing process begins. It generally takes 4 - 8 week to produce custom made windows.

4. Delivery

Once the Production of your window is complete, we'll send you a notification and your tracking information will be sent shortly after. If its a pick-up we will contact you to schedule a pick up date. Pickup is available anytime during normal business hours.
